  • I love this place. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. They've done 9 piercings for me over the last 7 years, and I've gone to them for maintenance questions and purchased jewelry from them on multiple other occasions. They're all absolutely amazing. The shop is absolutely spotless. Everyone is incredibly knowledgable and not to mention they all are so incredibly nice and act like they truly love what they do. Some days and times are much busier than others, but no matter how packed it is in there, everyone- from the girl working the counter, to the piercer you see and the ones helping other customers- are extremely kind and polite. It's exceptional customer service 100% of the time. I have never had a bad experience, not even an average experience- it's always great. It's worth the wait, if there is one.
