Seriously the grossest and nastiest. Let's start with the pleasantries. Upon check-in there for four gentlemen manning the check-in counter. All nice and super informative. No issues. Went to bed in our room almost immediately as we were exhausted. We, unlike many Vegas travelers are not visiting Vegas rather passing through only.
Now, here we are in the morning. HORRIBLE. First, we had a misplaced individual banging on our door since 5:38am, thinking he had friends there. As bad as that is, at least he woke us up in time since our wake up call never happened. Secondly, there were no towels except one wash cloth and no soap and shampoo. So I went to the office. I took my a service dog with me. When I walked in, one the ladies manning the desk [very inefficiently] started making baby going sounds to my dog. I said "please don't to that, my dog is a service dog". She can not have distractions. She was PISSED that I said something. So she gave me the towels (2 small hand towels only) and never said another word.
Upon checkout I asked for my checkout receipt and where to drop the complaint card and she told me "you can leave now". I said I need my receipt. She said you can leave now".
I used to be a motel 6 stayer. I travel cross-country via highway approximately 10-15 times per year and always stay because of the dogs. And we know that we are not getting the Ritz when checking in at one of these motels. But rudeness and no towels and the inability to want to help a paying customer has officially lost me forever. I hope they fire the morning staff. My employees would never speak to customers that way. But it is 2016 so who cares about customer service -- lets just roll over and give the uneducated and undeserving employees more money per hour and just have them do nothing!! Yay for the new American way.
