  • Walked in and stood at the main desk for 15+ minutes until someone said hi and then waited another 5 minutes until someone asked if I was being helped. When I said I had not been helped, I was brought to the refreshment area and told that someone would be with me. Another 15 minutes later, still no help. I'm disappointed as I received three glowing recommendations.
