  • I recently took advantage of the amazing deal Y2 Yoga is offering for 1 month unlimited classes for only $39! I have been going almost every day for the past 2 weeks and I absolutely love it! As soon as I step foot in the studio, I feel calm and at ease. Every instructor I have come across is very nice and seems to really enjoy teaching. One thing to note is this is a Hot studio. Some of the classes are marked as "Hot" so they have heaters on throughout class. Even the non-hot classes are still pretty warm since they are held in these heated rooms. I love practicing in a hot room because I feel I can get deeper into my poses. Anyway, if you are looking for a hot yoga studio in the Charlotte area, then definitely try Y2. If you don't want to dive into a month of yoga, then you can attend one of the "Good Karma" classes for only $7!
