  • The doctors here are OK but the way that this facility is run makes it completely not worth it to waste your time here. No one at the front desk is eve able to help or knows what is going on. When you ask for help, they transfer you to a back line and you never get a response. I have requested to get a copy of my referrals from this facility for three months because they do not send them on their own (even though they tell you they will) and I still have not recorded them. There is always a long wait and they do not allow you to reschedule even if the wait is over an hour. I am personally a doctor and I would never think of making my patients wait as long as I have had to wait for multiple different services. It is unprofessional and disrespectful.
