  • i have had some wonderful experiences here until recently. the morning shift for this store is absolutely horrible. a couple weeks ago i went in at 10:45 15 minutes before opening. well at 10:50 i watched the three workers walk out of the store and go sit in their car till 11:10 after i stood by the door for ten minutes waiting for them to come back and open. then yesterday was the worst. my grandmother and i went in to get her phone checked since it was frozen. the woman who decided to help us had long nails that made it hard for her to touch the phone and buttons. then after her trying to figure it out for 5 minutes the lady next to her decided to get into it and tell us we had to file an insurance claim. hearing this and knowing a little bit about phones and tmobiles policies i told it that it was bullshit because this was in no way my grandmothers fault. she then got an attitude with me and when i confronted her for being inappropriate she got mad and said "I'm done" leaving the conversation. after further discussion the first women sent us to another store with our complaints and the phone was fixed there within a couple minutes. i feel bad leaving this review because garret is the one good worker there and he makes the place great when he's in.
