  • I have flown a few times on Frontier Air. I like the affordable price but they penny pinch you on everything. They don't even have free peanuts. I have only been delayed once for 45min. There was something wrong with the a/c. Unfortunately we were all loaded onto the plane before they told us. They did tell passengers they could exit the plane for 30min but most did not including my as I was traveling with my infant son and happy to have made my plane at all. The staff has always been nice. I will continue to fly Frontier as long as they are the leaders in value and kind staff..... Review update 6/27/18 Well I got the short end of the stick this time traveling with Frontier. I waited in the Denver airport for 8 hrs, changed gates 4 times and felt the pain of the employees forced to give their passages lies for false hope. After 8 hours my flight was cancelled. My flight got cancelled on Sunday. The next Frontier flight was on Tuesday. My flight on Tuesday got delayed for 2 and 1/2 hours too. I give it 2 stars for the benefit of the employees that try their hardest knowing they work for one of the worst airlines.
