  • I can't say enough bad about these people. Within a year we had a terrible accident and were victims of a car theft. They seemed to go out of their way to be completely unhelpful , I have a bmw, they felt the smoked in fiesta was comparable. The insurance agent begged, we begged a week in we got a decent car . This time we are a week in still driving a crap vehicle. the insurance guy called and the agent says I will look. He hasn't looked. I looked , found a parking lot full of cars that were all reserved. No one seemed to know if they had been reserved before I was told the next decent vehicle was reserved for me. They didn't really answer at all just repeated their mantra. I will never deal with them again and I will recommend to anyone, anywhere that they do not deal with them.
