  • Very upset. I honestly feel that I was scammed. On Saturday my boyfriend and I came in for our appointment to walk the property and while there we decided on a unit we wanted to rent. Sat down with Alan paid the $100 hold and also paid and filled out the two $40 applications. Alan walked us through the whole process and assured us he would call us the following day to make sure things were moving along. The next day (Sunday @ 11:52 am) we get a phone call saying that they rented the apartment that we had paid for a hold on early Sunday morning before he called us. We purposely stayed and sat in their office on their Ipad to make sure we got this specific apartment. BE AWARE THAT THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOUR MONEY. There was no apology or trying to ease the situation for us.
