Definitely disappointed in their level of service at the dealer level but most importantly from Subaru Canada. Sent a detailed letter to complain that our 2009 Forester XT (turbo) blowing not one but two turbos (problem with the Turbo, you would think?) and not not yet take the time to respond back....out of pocket quite a bit. Customer Care protocols need to be readdress, because this is dreadful......beware of purchasing a subaru if you are looking for superior client service!
