  • We came home from work yesterday to find that the air conditioning unit was not on and a house that was 83 degrees due to the 110 degree day. My husband called Chas Roberts at 4:45 pm and they were able to give us a time window that night of 7 to midnight which we happily took! The tech arrived shortly after 7 and by about 8 the air was fixed and running. We still had some warranty left on the unit but wanted to note our good experience and the quick response by Chas Roberts!
