| - I really dislike going here, but it can't be avoided sometimes due to being located close to home, and they actually have good prices on a lot of home goods.
My biggest complaint about this place is not the parking, once you learn to park on the second floor and just walk up a flight of stairs its no problem. The problem is the employees most of the time.
My biggest gripe is the employee who is paid to tell me what line to get into.
It's really not that bad, and I understand trying to maintain even distribution for the cashiers, but its when that person becomes a group of 5-6 employees, standing and talking right in the middle of the already crowded main walkway. They absolutely ignore any kind of responsibility and instead I have heard quite a few Fri/Sat night stories between employees instead of actually doing some kind of tangible work.(ex. opening another lane instead of figuring out how not to do work)
I find myself coming here less and less, again, not because of the location, parking, but strictly because of what seem like lack of leadership in the front end of the store which is frustrating to no end.
When you have 2 items and it takes you 30 minutes to get out of the store, something is wrong.
