  • I have lived here for over three years.. I was pretty happy until the new owners bought the property since then the quality of the property,services have deteriorated. I have also found out about all the hidden fees not to mention the increase in rent .. The amount of noise animal poop people drinking and smoking pot all over the property. The noise level is terrible, for the money you can rent a house, you are charged for renewable power how ? Extermination fees and there are roaches all over the property.. Always under repair.. Good luck since I have left they are now asking anyone who moves in to please give them a great yelp review
