I will start by saying this gym and the people I have dealt with are great! My problem is in their corporate office. Some of their customer service agents need a class on customer service and know when to admit they were caught in a lie. If you say your going to give one price then do it!! Don't go back on your word. I do think it's crazy everyone pays a different monthly membership, $22, $12, or $9????? Seriously crazy!!!!!! If you ever need to talk with their corporate office and Amy answers I would wait for the next agent. Alisha and Heidi were very pleasant and need to re train Amy and Patty on their customer service skills. Really ladies your in the wrong business!!! Just my opinion!!!!
