This hotel has the worst customer service ever. I booked a reservation through Priceline and to make a long story short I couldn't make it in. I told the hotel and I called Priceline and Priceline was willing to process my refund. But Hampton inn showed their hospitality by not giving me my refund and a assistant manager named Javier made it his business to not answer when Priceline called. I contacted Hilton corporate, the better business bureau, and PayPal trying to get my refund and I spoke with another manager named donae who was equally rude and flat out told me I couldn't have my money back even though I never checked in. So I asked what kind of customer service is it when a person calls to speak to your Gm twice a day and leaves voicemails even after corporate told him to contact me within 72 business hours? And she said well its policy. Also as you can see by the pictures the hotel is outdated and from the looks of it they have issues with bed bugs. Don't waste your money. I wouldn't stay here for free. Hopefully this hotel closes soon. I would never return to a city where I was treated like this... If you are a miserable person stay out of the hospitality or customer service industry
