  • I take my dog here sometimes for daycare, but will not be returning after today. When I was checking out some lady witnessed the guy in the pen throwing my dog into the side exit area. Luckily, she witnessed the whole thing and flipped out for me to the desk manager. She said he threw him so hard that he did a cartwheel onto his back. I don't know what happened, maybe the guy was having a bad day, but that's not okay. If my dog didn't want to stay in the gate or was being a pain, put him on a leash, don't throw him. It makes me sad because they have some really great people. I really like the staff. The manager called my phone after to apologize and offered refunding me for day camp. He was really nice and very professional.
