| - Dear Lucky of Beachwood Mall,
I love your jeans. I really do. They're really pricey, but worth it, but to make my wallet feel better, I head straight to the back of your store to buy the ones on sale. And today, I did just that. What is it about your store associates that makes them stand around all day, making idle chit chat while I looked through your sales rack? In fact, what makes them stand in front of the rack I am trying to peruse, not noticing until I say "excuse me"? Then, as I look into all of the dressing rooms, they are all filled with clothes even though there are only 2 customers in the store. Did your employees not clean up, or was that considered "art"? And speaking of art, was it your idea to use giant vinyl curtains that don't pull across all the way? Because you know, I expect some privacy when I try on clothes.
And when I tried another room, with curtains that actually pulled all the way across, and all the hangers filled with random clothes, I overheard some poor girl ask her mother, "Mom, is there someone in there?" Great, I just stole a little girl's dressing room. And as I left the dressing room, the one saving grace was that finally, an employee took the hangers of rejected clothes from me. I exist!
Lucky, you make me really sad. You really do. I think I will have to go to another store from now on. :(
Signed,
Someone who is against art, apparently.
