| - Don't be fooled... They are like any other apartments and will keep raising the rent but will do nothing to replace crappy appliances in the apartment... I will start with a few pros.. flexible lease options, apartment is a decent size with big closet, staff is nice, pool area is nice, neighborhood is quiet for the most part... besides King Kong upstairs. Repairs done in timely matter.
CONS...... assigned cover parking 2 buildings over, appliances old as hell, Dishwasher only got dishes wet.. when I brought it up... all they did was have maintenance man scrape all the hard water buildup and gunk off of it... and it still only got dishes wet... it didn't even dissolve cleaning pod, dog poop every where in complex, some type of insects in apartment because my dogs always had bites all over them... washing machine was so dirty when I moved in I had to buy cleaning solution and clean it. They are very cheap with repairs, I noticed in one room where they replaced a patch of carpet. Hopefully they have done away with that horrid green carpet. They paint was so thick and wet that I could not open any windows upon move in and half of the cupboards were difficult to open..On a final note... they like to make their own amendments to laws. I left a few pans in oven after I moved out.. They are suppose to hold left items for 30 days. When I contacted them before 30 days.. They said they no longer had the items.. So they either threw out my items or I'm assuming their staff wanted a very nice roasting pan. They gave me a lame excuse of why they didn't hold my items. I was a really good tenant, always paid on time, picked up after my dogs and throughly cleaned apartment after moving out. They could at least had common courtesy or human decency to call me about my left items....
