The car buying process was smooth and easy. There was a bit of a hiccup afterwards when I noticed a crack in the windshield. I felt like I was getting the run around in regards to having the windshield replaced. Finally I asked for a manager, Nick assisted me. Sometimes companies make mistakes, it's all about how they handle them. Nick took ownership, promised me a phone call back (from him or one of his service guys) within 45 minutes to sort out what had happened. His service guy did call me back to advise the glass company would be in contact with me. Nick also followed up with me to ensure everything was taken care of and to apologize for the mishap, I appreciated that. Thanks for saving the day Nick!!
