  • My wife has a GS450H. A few years ago we were assigned a new Service Representative named Vahagn Nazaryan. "V" is incredible to deal with. He has good product knowledge. He is always friendly. Her car is always done on time. He never upsells or pressures her. In fact, he has even gotten the Lexus Factory Representative to approve an out of warranty repair on an item that prematurely failed. If you own a Lexus, go to West Sahara and insist on speaking to "V".
