  • Lori Bayless is the worst manager and abusive to all tenants at the Biltmore Optima. Uses foul language regarding kids and others. Financially penalizes tenants when she is emotional. Sad you made this choice Brown Management as we have to press charges for her continued harrassment.Brown management does not believe in customer service or training their employees correctly in customer service. Police have been notified Brown Management but you still do nothing. Sad
