  • So, I got this place on a Groupon. I didn't have high hopes. But I thought, why not? I tried it. I called for an appointment, per the requirements for the Groupon. They said they were too busy for appointments but if I wanted to walk in, the wait would be about 15mins. That didn't make a whole lot of sense to me, but I said ok sure and headed down there. I walked in and showed my Groupon. They never took my name, called me "Groupon lady" and then I was taken back maybe 5mins later. All the rooms are tents or canopies, and nothing private or quite. The noise from what I assumed was a break room was so loud, I couldn't even hear the "relaxing music" half the time, also heard someone snoring and smells that someone had had issues somewhere around me. The massage was ok. A little weird. She had me lay with my feet in a water bucket that was too small for my feet for a half hour while she massaged my upper body. By the time she got to my feet they were so cramped up I needed them massaged out. Near the end she straddled and sat on my back while she was massaging my back. Weird. And her then her cell phone rang/buzzed and she answered it... it wasn't a horrible massage but it wasn't good either. I probably would have tried this place again. But... at the end... the lobby has this huge poster board size sign about tipping. I tipped according to that sign. She came running after me before I could leave and started pointing at the sign. I asked if she wanted more money for her tip and she laughed and said yes. She did this in front of the reception desk with the receptionists sitting there. They didn't say a word. I paid her more because I didn't know what else to do at that point. I won't be coming back now. You put up a sign on how to tip and I followed it for the weird experience I had. Then you ask for more. Tips are not mandatory.
