  • Employees were nice, polite and apologetic that the latte machine was not working - but I would have had to wait for decaf to be brewed for my tall, half coffee half decaf - and the employee reached into a sink of yukky water (did not rinse) to get what he needed to brew it. I declined. Place needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It was gross. A manager needs to show the kids how to clean.
