  • Arrived at 6pm (1 hour before closing) and the receptionist was very welcoming & explained the different washes & about how long it would take. I wasn't sure if they accepted any ole' car or if it had to be a fancy one (which mine is not). The receptionist assured me my car was totally welcome. I went & waited in their lounge area, which as comfy chairs, free beverages, candy bars (my diet does NOT thank you!), and a huge TV w/ remotes you are free to use. Long story short, they did a great jon cleaning my car & the guys were super kind & explained all the stuff I had questions about in a very sweet way. My ONLY advice is to mount the TV lower. My neck hurt looking up so long (1st world problems). I 100% recommend Lusso & whoever owns this place, please know that you have wonderful employees.
