  • This place is ridiculous. I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance to get Christmas photos of my son taken. It was for 2 pm. My husband, son and myself walk in and the place is PACKED. At check in the lady informs us it will be about 20-30 minutes to get started. 3:30 pm rolls by and we're still waiting. There were a dozen people ahead of us. I inquired as to why they would book so many people, so close together, when they only have two photo rooms, and she just shrugged. The staff is completely rude as well. GOD FORBID your toddler starts getting fussy after an hour of waiting. You'll receive dirty looks from staff and sanctiparents. 3:45 comes and we're FINALLY getting our photos taken. It takes about 10 minutes, add 10 minutes to review and select photographs. 4:30 the lady informs me that it'll take 25 minutes to get my photos printed. PHEW, can't wait to get the hell out of here. At this point my toddler and myself want nothing else to do with this place. He's so annoyed he's laying on the floor pounding his little fists into their filthy floor. You go toddler, you go. I feel your pain, little man. Now it's 5pm, and I was just informed my pictures aren't ready yet, and it'll be another 30 minutes. Never coming here again. Ever. This place is ridiculous.
