  • We were not at all impressed with this business. We feel that they are just out to make a sale and talk you into getting more than what you actually need. We recently just moved into a new house and discovered there was a small puddle in the basement after a major storm. We called for a free estimate and were made to believe we had a huge problem that would cost $28,000 to install their patented multi-step system! Their professionalism was very disappointing. I was asked by the inspector if I was a crier while he was looking at our house. After the quote was given to us, we were told that worse things could happen and we should be grateful that are children are healthy! He didn't even know us! We were called a day later and were told that they understood that the quote was a little high and they wanted to bring in a manager to come measure and give us a "substantially lower price." We aren't talking about buying a car, we are talking about fixing a basement. We called in a local business and were given a quote that was over $20,000 less than Ohio State Waterproofing. We will never be using this business again nor will we recommend this to family and friends!
