rev:text	This is the WORST Property Management Company I have had to deal with. They knew when we would be moving into the rental home and took all our money up front and then tried to get us to sign for a filthy house! We had to put off our move for 2 days while they pulled their heads out of their butts and had the home cleaned and the yard done as well as the carpets cleaned. Then when we moved out they charged us over $300 for what they labeled a "Whole house patch,paint touch up and baseboard Cleaning". . Due to our situation we were unable to do a final walk through and therefore this horrible property management company was able to charge us these ridiculous extra fee's and charges. I recommend if you find a home to rent with New Era Realty you run very fast in the opposite direction!!! This company deliberately failed to ensure things were fixed in a timely manner as well as failed over and over again to return phone calls or emails in a timely manner! They just SUCK!!!
