My girl and I stopped for an early Friday dinner at Bonefish. We were seated right away, and just beat the crowd.
I was very hungry and wanted a large portion of food, so I ordered the Alaskan Cod Fish & Chips. The only complaint I have was that the breading on the fish seemed to absorb an excessive amount of grease. Perhaps the fryers weren't on high enough? Other than that, it was your basic fish & chips.
I'm not a very big fan of chain restaurants as I feel they sacrifice on quality, natural ingredients because they're trying to cut costs. I'm a big fan of farm-to-table, so that's why Bonefish only got 3 stars.
