  • Charismatic, insightful, and extremely accommodating. Every interaction with every employee was more than pleasant. They've got customer service down perfectly. Very impressed with how attentive they are to what you want, and how much consideration they put into your entire experience. Came in after looking all over the valley for a Volkswagen Sport and was helped by Elizabeth and Chris. It was sold the day before and I was a little bummed, but they very quickly matched my wants to their inventory. I didn't have much time to check out the cars they selected at first, so Chris sent me a personal walk around video of the car and offered to pick me up Starbucks when I came in the next day. If you're narcissistic it may sound like they're trying to butter you up for a purchase - but this just screams care for their customers to me. Chris is a phenomenal and introduced me to Mazdas, which I never considered before. Did a great job giving me options that matched what I wanted, all across their inventory lineup. Also they're ONLY dealership in town I found that had a competitively priced inventory that suited me. For a first buying experience, I could not be happier with everything from walking in, to the price of the vehicle. Thank you to Chris, Elizabeth, Rob, and Juan for making my entire experience an unforgettable one.
