  • My Wife and I used Malkin & Associates for help on a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. The office was very helpful, and answered all my questions. (No matter how silly they might've seemed) Without their help my wages would be garnished for the business debt that I owed. I had gone to two other BK Attny's prior to finding Malkin and Assoc. Both said I couldn't file BK due to my income being to high. Only Malkin and Assoc was able to see the real problem and help me file as Chapter 7.. Thanks again Greg!
