  • This will be my first review ever for anything. I normally like this location but the service sucked today. I came in specifically to buy a Fitbit. I already know that they don't have a permanent employee assigned to the electronic and housewares area. That wasn't the issue. A salesperson got on his headset to get someone to come help me. Ten to fifteen minutes later....nothing and no one. I stopped another salesperson and expressed my frustration. She tried to call someone but again, no joy. Finally I had to go walking around looking for someone to help me. Of course I'm irritated. And after all this, they don't have the one I want in stock. Then the salesperson says "Didn't you check the case for the one you wanted?" Wow! It's not unheard of for stores to have additional stock in the back. I will not be coming back to this Kohl's location any time soon. Terrible service!
