  • SPIDER!!!!!! This location is the worst. We (me and my wife) got a wrap this morning and opened it and there was a dead spider inside the wrap. Unbelievable! Never go here! The only other time we've been here we waited in the drive thru for at least 15-20 minuets, with only two cars ahead of us. The young man that finally helped us when we pulled up to the window was lacking in customer service skills. Corporate should shut this location down. Or fire everyone and start over. If you're looking for a good smoothie from Tropical Smoothie go to the one on Horizon and Eastern next to Robertos. Still a little bit of wait time on there busy days, but hey, no spiders.
