  • Went on-line Monday 09/21 to schedule an appointment; next day 09/22 between 8:00am and noon was available so I scheduled a windshield replacement at my home for that time. Within minutes, the appointment was confirmed with all of the additional details- it couldn't have been easier. The next morning, I received a reminder text, and then later received a phone call from the technician confirming his arrival time (I was the second appointment on his schedule). I little later on, I received another call from the technician- his first appointment canceled- asking if he could bump me up to earlier than what he conveyed earlier. How awesome is that? Of course the answer was yes and he was there 15 minutes later, as promised! Ramon and Safelite Autoglass- YOU ROCK!! Oh, and the job was done to perfection. If everybody operated like this, we wouldn't need yelp. Except of course to post stuff like this!
