So, had them come out and service my AC a year ago. They said it was getting old (10 years) and could use some repairs (estimated to me$1700). I decided to just have them do the maintenance. and order the maintenance package. So this year they come out and did the spring maintenance and said it needs repair (listed different items than the previous year) estimated at $1500 and warned me that there was 1 critical repair needing done as there was an issue with the contact and it was a fire hazard (fixed for an additional $300 in April this year). shortly after the Ac wouldn't turn off, another service fee and stated the compressor was bad and would cost 4k, however got it running. 1 month later it goes out and another guy comes out and says compressor is fine it needs a new motor $1k. Even once we called back after some discussion to get the motor, they said they would order it and call us back the next day and install it. 3 days later no call back, so call them back and they ask us, what we ordered. Really, obviously then they didn't order the part. Not once has the same person come out and gave us the same diagnosis or the same cost. So for now as its running, we'll just look for a company that is consistent and reliable, which this one hasn't been even in their diagnosis.
