  • I had a very similar experience to Jen S. I told Lisa that I only tan a few times a year for special occasions, I purchased a $65. bottle of lotion and goggles. They told me to leave them there, I went in today to collect my things and I got the same story...we must have swept it out..WHAT? I used it twice!! This is BS and I'm turning them into the BBB! I believe they scam you into leaving your stuff. Terrible customer service! I'm sorry I spent even a penny of my hard earned money here!
