I've been here twice now, and both times was spectacular.
Before ever getting into the food the view has to be mentioned. The restaurant crew time your meal to take at least 90 minutes. This is how long it takes for the restaurant to rotate the full 360° so you can take in all of the sights before you leave.
As for the food this is truly a fine dining experience. The lobster bisque is outstanding. Beautifully rich and flavorful without being heavy.
Both times I have tried their steaks, and on both occasions the steak was cooked perfectly with a great seer, phenomenal flavoring and was extremely tender. I have tried several sides, as well, sharing with my dining companions and everything has been very tasty.
I haven't personally tried any of their desserts, but anyone I have dined with who did said they were made incredibly well also.
If you are interested in a more upscale evening I recommend driving just slightly farther down the strip to experience what this restaurant has to offer. Don't forget to visit the room as well when you are done so you can take in the view, and maybe even a nice photo op.
