RUDE employees, subpar service
When I pulled up to the first bay the employee just swept his hand in the air to signify driving around but didn't specify which lane to drive into. He then proceeded to get irritated when I didn't pull into the correct lane. He acted like I had shot his dog and was very rude and unprofessional. I advised management about his rudeness and waited for my car to be done. I had some dried coffee spills in the cup holder I looked for as an indication as to whether or not they did a thorough job. They did NOT. Not only were the coffee spills still in the cup holder it looked like attitude guy from the beginning of this debacle didn't even ATTEMPT to vacuum the car! I saw other obvious spots of neglect and at that point decided there is WAY too much competition to return to Regency Auto "Spa".
