  • This was the worst experience I have had with a body shop that reportedly claims good service! They do not keep you informed of what is going on and despite leaving messages, do not get phone calls back! They claim to be too busy and understaffed. Well, I don't want any company to be too busy to get my job done right or to take my phone calls. My recc is to go someplace else that has good service and has the staff needed to take care of the car! I'm telling everyone I can to avoid Hendrick Luxury collision.
