| - I left today feeling very underwhelmed. I got on their online waitlist at 5:30 a.m., got a call after 8:00 they had my request, and was called at 9:00 to come in. I wasn't actually seen until 9:40 (waited 30 mins in their waiting area...so their online check in didn't work that well). The medical assistant actually listened to me more/better than the PA (Brian), who chalked all of my symptoms up to allergies. I know my body and allergies, I also know the gut wrenching cough, aches and pains, and elevated temperature with sweatiness was not allergies. He didn't even check my lymph nodes and when I told him how sore my throat was, he said "Oh, that's just post nasal drip, it's not really that red." I looked at it in a mirror with a light before going in...it was red. And when is a patient wrong, when s/he says "My throat really hurts...not like normal...and not like when I have allergies?" I actually asked for the cough medicine, thank god, as I don't think he was going to recommend it himself, and he fortunately thought enough to give me azithromycin. Since starting that med, along with several other Rx and OTC, I am slightly better and hopefully headed in the right direction. Nice guy but pretty dismissive and I don't feel he listened or checked me out adequately. If I were to go to this location again, I would be upset to see him.
