So far so good. I'm a returning student trying to navigate the whole application process. Most of the staff either by phone or in person are rather indifferent but that's to be expected with any bureaucracy that lives off OPM (other people's money). I did reach out to leadership because I wasn't getting my help accessing the catalog, which is strictly online. Someone contacted me promptly and while I solved the problem myself that person was at least making the effort. Moral is - always move up the food chain if your not getting results. Previously I'd taken several classes here and was always happy with the number of classes offered as well as the quality of instruction.
