Funny, though I live in Chicago I haven't been to their first and original location here yet. When in Vegas, I made it to their outpost location.
Wasn't very impressed by their pork based ramen. The broth was cloudy presumably from hours of simmering, however the broth lacked depth. I didn't quite get the taste that came together in the broth. The noodle texture itself was great - hard and al dente for my liking.
