  • My service provided by Zerorez was back in February 27 this year and I'm now just writing my review because I'm looking to have my carpets & couches re-cleaned/ touched up. I wouldn't consider returning my business unfortunately for a few reasons. First the woman who quoted me on the phone was confident about the amount. When the young man arrived he quoted us an amount HUNDREDS of dollars more. I payed $700 For two small couches, 5 average size rooms, hallway and two story stairs (16 steps) Secondly the young man (Victor)was working for over 4 hours. The whole time the very loud van running in my driveway, I even felt a need to text my neighbors apologizing for the noise lasting so long and late in the evening. After about hour 3 I couldn't help but feel frustrated when I saw him on his phone outside (picture provided). He did our couches last and I have to say they were not cleaned properly I feel because he was tired. I pointed out a section to him that was maybe missed and he exasperatingly said "I'm doing my best" poor guy. I felt bad so I just let it be. I'm not one to ask for money back or get someone fired or in trouble but I do believe these are small things that could be fixed if this business wants returning customers.
