  • I had dinner reservations for 6 tonight to celebrate my husbands birthday. We got there 5 minutes prior and we were checked in. Waited 30 minutes at the bar and still wasn't called back. We checked with hostess to find out how much longer we had to wait and she said she couldn't find our reservation (mind you she had checked us in the first time and even confirmed the reservation) she was very rude and said we would have to wait longer. We decided to leave. The whole night was ruined because of this. We frequent Benihanas quite often and I am truly disappointed and I will NEVER go to Benihana again. I am also not going to recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore. If I could give 0 stars I would.
