  • Major fail. Booked ahead of time, received a confirmation email, everything seemed fine. Then - no show. Tried to call several times, each time I got a voicemail that wouldn't let me leave a message and instead told me to sent a text. Sent two texts - no response. Sent an email reply to the confirmation email - no response, no apology, no nothing. Ended up calling another cab company, and signed up with uber while I waited.
