| - I've lived here for a year, it's a nice place really. You won't have bug issues, at least we never did. The area is great. The apartment itself is big and clean and nice, the countertops are cheap though so do not carelessly drop stuff on them or chop veggies/meats, it'll leave a mark. The biggest con is price, the apartment is really pricey, we pay around $1360/month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath, I'd say this place should be like $1150/month, it's not THAT nice. The area is good sure, but you're going to get apartments with similar living standards for hundreds cheaper elsewhere. Some more cons are, upon moving in, peep hole was scratched so bad that it was nearly useless, a cabinet's door fell off, and one of the vaulted ceiling light bulbs were out. Of course we could of went to maintenance to get these things fixed, but we were too busy. Maintenance is on point with everything I needed help on. Lots of loud sounds outside.. Children laughing/screaming and playing at ungodly hours in the morning, and not to mention the classic leaf blowers and lawn mowers etc. the landscaping is hell until the winter time when they'll actually put money into grass that'll not need to be constantly watered. I've walked in dog poop maybe 2-3 times. Now you're probably wondering why I give this place a 5 star by now. Here's the pros; I never EVER hear my neighbors, the management has always been so kind to me, the new manager, she is a doll, I hate to leave but honestly got to find somewhere cheaper. Another pro is that the A/C is bomb, my A/C bill was only $150-200/month this summer, and we were running it a lot, that's pretty good, and especially since we had the thing as low as 73-75 at all times. The showers are great, I take 2-3 hour showers everyday and never run out of hot water! How? Idk. My water bill and sewage isn't bad so I have no idea why. What's great is, the kitchen has a lot of storage, we use every bit of it too. decent misc storage space in patio closet thing, we have like 2-3 mattresses in mine, one is a queen. I like how high the ceilings are, I never feel cramped. There's the pool, which is huge. Lots of parking, never worried about not having a spot. Lots of Internet/power outlets, I mean LOTS. Like 5-8 in the kitchen lol.. It's really useful. Kitchen sink is big. Bathrooms are great, one of mine is the size of a room, and has this giant mirror. The patio is facing south and covered well so it's shaded and nice. I feel safe here, nothing ghetto even remotely close. Dunkin donuts is being built down the street, wish I didn't have to move.. My lease is about to end, if I get crazy fines or something bizarre I'll come right back and change this review, if not I'll let you guys know this place isn't shady.
