  • 14 days after my "certified mail" needed to be delivered, it is still missing. Supposedly attempted to deliver the package but my security system proves otherwise, no attempted delivery. After "locating" the package, I come by to pick it up and nothing (misplaced it). They told me they would call me after they found it, never got a call. Two cases were opened via Ask USPS, I called this location and had the pleasure of speaking to the "manager" She claims one of the five supervisors that work under her must have moved my package. What a major failure of leadership. Don't waste your time with this location. I intend to start an official complaint against this location, this is not the first time this USPS location lost or delivered a package significantly late.
