This is an AWESOME gym. I signed up for the 6 week 20 lbs loss program. The trainers are super awesome and I love the workouts. The first week is hard, I'm not going to lie to you. BUT you realize you are getting stronger with each week and soon by week 4 you kick major butt! Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging.
The only reason this is not 5 stars is because there are only two classes on Saturdays and I wish they had both saturday and sunday availability. With work sometimes I was unable to use the 6 week program best to my advantage. Additionally, I wish I knew about the 5% body fat challenge as I would have done that instead of 20 pounds. As you build muscle, you gain weight and I lost massive inches but only lost 10 pounds.
