Absolutely the worst cable and Internet provider! Every week I lose signal and my Internet stops working or slows down! Multiple times a week I turn my TV on and it says no signal. Or I'll be watching TV and the screen goes blank, the pops up with a no signal screen. Every month they take my payment directly out of my bank account, so I keep up to my end if this contract. When are they going to keep to their end of the contract and provide me with the service I pay for? I even upgraded my Internet last October because they said it will help. That was a lie is even worse than before! This use to be a good company not anymore!
