  • I would give this 0 stars. Don't purchase a vehicle from here. Let me tell you my horrible experience: Went to several car dealerships and used car dealerships. It was a long month. Anyways went to United Nissan. I saw a used truck they advertised on their page and wanted to check it out. The salesman try to sell me the 2015 model and almost went for it but I rather get the used truck. More affordable. I had to give a list of references (don't put down your friends because they will harass them to buy a car) and he kept coming back and fourth dropping a price slowly. After what felt like forever we negotiated to a price that seemed fair and finally made the deal. Had a bad feeling. Finalizing paperwork the finance manager said I didn't have the gap insurance nor the proper coverage. I said earlier that was on the offer. He then put it on (however I didn't realize that they had tiers and I got the minimum) I got the carfax before I purchased the car and there was recalls but he said it was taken care of. Here's where it gets bad... Drove it home. Car leaked under driver and passenger side. Brought it back next day and had to wait 3 days for it to get fixed. (The mechanics whispered it shouldn't be covered since I bought it "as is") they didn't know I herd that or herd when they were talking sh*t about the salesmen. Apparently there is no cohesion between the sales floor the auto shop. Got it back and IT STILL LEAKED. Brought it back to have it fixed again. Took another couple of days. Noticed when I got it back and brakes were squealing. The key wouldn't lock the tailgate. They said that wasn't covered. Note: this is still the first couple weeks from when I purchased it. And their shop had it for about week. Then I decide to go to M resorts to meet up friend to only have my clutch slip on the freeway. The car wouldn't go back gear. (That wasn't covered by warrantee) That almost caused an accident. I had to replace the clutch myself and that was a $800 repair and also the tow... Then when I got my car back I was driving around and the car would just die on me on the road when I wasn't giving it gas. (Still the first month) I contact the dealership (all 4 managers) and got no response. Looked back into the carfax and it was the recall that wasn't fixed. That was stressful enough that I filed a report to customer affairs. (They denied the claim) (that's another 0 review) I can really break it down to details of how bullsh*t this experience was but I just been telling everyone to not go there. I hope United Nissan goes under. I can't believe the stress and money they put me through. NEVER BUYING A NISSAN EVER AGAIN.
