  • I am really disappointed in this establishment and business "ethics". I came in with my mom today because she was wanting to pawn her 2012 MacBook Pro. We were attended by a very rude female representative whom was a heavy sit Hispanic lady. We literally came in the door and waited our turn we said "hello we'd like to see if we can pawn this." She not once said a hello back or a polite greeting had a very brash tone and said loudly ID or DL then did her thing no good customer service and asked "how much do you need for this?" My mom said "I don't know 400?"She then acted like a total snake and started bobbing her head and speaking very rudely saying that we can't do that and started insulting my moms computer saying how it was basically trash and saying there wasn't no recent updates and speaking to us like we were children and had the worst attitude we were just standing there not even arguing back. Then my mom says ok will what can you do then she proceeds to go ask the owner and comes back starts bobbing her head again every time she spoke with an attitude and the owner comes out sits right next to her sees the way she's speaking to customers and doesn't say anything. I hope to God he pulled her to the side and told her how unprofessional she was. Last but not least my mom really need atleast a 100 dollar loan she then proceeded to tell the lady I'm paying long time customer is there anything you can do? She says no there's nothing I can give you. Ok then why ask my mom what you needed in the first place? Why the attitude in the beginning? A simple "I'm sorry ma'am we appreciate your business however for this reasons we are unable to this etc." But no she bobbed her head like a snake the whole experience I was livid and should have defended my mom from being spoken to that way. I will never allow my mom to come here again because of that representative clearly they don't appreciate their customers to be at least polite and respectful. And yes I get it there are people that go in their and are rude and act like trash. But people who just come in there in a polite way to be treated like that for no reason is disappointing. I do not recommend this establishment and I hope the owner does read this and reviews this and reflects on the incident to coach this employee.
